First Floor

Sitting Room
Large and spacious. The bay window has a cushioned seat that surrounds a wooden gate-legged table, the perfect place for an evening meal or a game of cards. A sofa and a number of armchairs are drawn up in front of the open gas fire, and to one side is a television with digital channels and a DVD player. (There is no DVD film rental place in Dornoch, so it is advisable to bring your own DVDs.) There is also a small CD player/radio with an iPod dock.

Bedroom 1
This has 2 twin beds with a large dark-panelled wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a dressing table and armchair close to the window that looks out on to the cathedral.

Bedroom 2
This has a double bed with a curtained recess for hanging clothes and a chest of drawers.

Bathroom 1
Carpetted, with large bath, basin and Saniflow lavatory.

Bathroom 2
Cushion-flooring, with bath and Mira power shower, basin and lavatory.

Airing Cupboard
With shelves, ideal for drying damp clothes.

Kitchen
Large pine dining table with eight chairs, dishwasher, clotheswasher, and all necessary crockery and cooking implements. In the larder off the kitchen, there is a fridge freezer.

Upper Floor

Bedroom 3
This dormer-windowed room has 2 twin beds, a chest of drawers and a dressing table. An armchair sits in the window.

Bedroom 4
Under the Velux window, this is a twin-bedded room, but it also does have another bed in case it is required for a kid's 'sleep-over'. It has a large chest of drawers and a television.

WC
There is a Saniflow lavatory and small wash hand basin with a small Velux window between the two bedrooms.

Sheets, towels and all bed coverings are provided.
